Sara was born and raised in Savannah, GA. With two successful business owners as parents, Sara knows that good things come to those who work hard and help others. After graduating from Georgia Southern University (Go Eagles!), Sara returned to Savannah and worked two jobs to save money to purchase her first home. In 2008, the dream of homeownership became a reality. Immediately thereafter the housing market crashed, Sara met her husband Bryan and they transferred to Fort Hood TX. This made Sara an accidental landlord which paved the way for her passion in real estate.
While moving with the military and investing in other real estate properties, Sara didn’t always have a trusted real estate agent or the best experiences – so she started to conduct her own transactions.
This eventually led Sara to becoming a full-time licensed real estate agent. She knew she had the work ethic and morals to help guide others in making great choices to meet their real estate goals. She proved to herself and others that when you care, and help people, success will follow.
As a real estate agent, Sara has worked with different referral networks and realized that buyers and sellers often don’t realize they are actually using a referral network. They do not know that money is changing hands between the referral network and the real estate agent, and that real estate agents often pay upfront for the contact with the buyer or seller. Most importantly, the real estate agent might not even be that great at their job.
This led Sara to establish RECOMMEND A REAL ESTATE AGENT with the following goals in mind:

– Help YOU decrease your overall costs by reducing the referral fee.
– Help YOU achieve your goals in real estate and to build wealth!
